This Oxfordshire garden was redesigned and built as a complete outdoor transformation. The new layout combines dark porcelain paving, raised planting beds, a fresh lawn and a contemporary covered seating area, creating a practical garden for relaxing and entertaining throughout the year.

The Brief

The existing garden needed a clearer layout and stronger connection between the different levels. The aim was to create a contemporary outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining, with generous planting, a practical lawn and a covered seating area that could be enjoyed in different weather conditions.

The Solution

We reorganised the garden to make better use of each level and create a natural flow between the main areas. Dark porcelain paving provides practical routes and generous spaces for seating, while raised beds bring structure and allow planting to soften the hard landscaping. A new lawn balances the contemporary materials, and the covered seating area creates a sheltered place to relax and entertain throughout the year.
